13.
(iv) Harbour Craft.
The Hong Kong Government credits His Majesty's Government with the sum of £200,000 in respect of barbour craft supplied by the Admiralty,
Ministry of Transport and war office in 1946-47 and referred to in Hong Kong savingram No. 992 of
30th November, 1949. No cash payments need therefore be made by the Hong Kong Government to His Majesty's Government in respect of this claim and receipts from disposal of the craft will be retained by the Hong Kong Government.
(xxi) Further Claims.
His Majesty's Government and the Hong Kong Government agree that no further minor claims arising out of the war of the type disposed of in this settlement will be raised against each other.
